Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp avocado oil for cooking
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g cooked white rice (long grain)
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- TT salt & pepper
- 1 fried Yo Egg
- 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a wok on high heat then add the oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
- Add the rice and fry for a couple of minutes, breaking up any clumps.
- Add the green onion, soy sauce and sesame oil and continue mixing to make sure everything is evenly coated.
- Serve 1 1⁄2 – 2 oz portions of rice and top with a mini fried Yo Egg, black salt and sesame seeds.
