Crab Salad on Sliced Cucumber
- 5 oz Konscious Foods Shredded Crab
- 2 oz vegan mayo
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 2 tsp furikake
- 1 green onion sliced thin (green parts only)
- Add the shredded crab to a large bowl as well as the vegan mayo, sriracha, green onion and furikake. Mix well to combine and place in the fridge to chill.
- While the mixture is chilling, slice a large cucumber into ¼ inch rounds.
- Top each cucumber slice with a spoonful of crab salad and micro greens.
