Crab Salad On Sliced Cucumber

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Konscious Foods Shredded Crab
  • 2 oz vegan mayo
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp furikake
  • 1 green onion sliced thin green parts only

Instructions
 

  • Add the shredded crab to a large bowl as well as the vegan mayo, sriracha, green onion and furikake. Mix well to combine and place in the fridge to chill.
  • While the mixture is chilling, slice a large cucumber into ¼ inch rounds.
  • Top each cucumber slice with a spoonful of crab salad and micro greens.
