Ingredients
- 1 Blackbird Foods Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- 2 cups baby arugula
Mellody Honey Vinaigrette (Yield: 24 teaspoon servings)
- 2 tbsp Mellody Honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
- TT salt & pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is emulsified. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Garnish and serve: Top pizza with arugula and drizzle lightly with Honey Vinaigrette.
