Honey Buffalo Canapé

Ingredients
  

Mellody Honey Vinaigrette (Yield: 24 teaspoon servings)

  • 2 tbsp Mellody Honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
  • TT salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is emulsified. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. 
  • Garnish and serve: Top pizza with arugula and drizzle lightly with Honey Vinaigrette.
