Crab Salad on Sliced Cucumber

  • 5 oz Konscious Foods Shredded Crab
  • 2 oz vegan mayo
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp furikake
  • 1 green onion sliced thin (green parts only)
  1. Add the shredded crab to a large bowl as well as the vegan mayo, sriracha, green onion and furikake. Mix well to combine and place in the fridge to chill.
  2. While the mixture is chilling, slice a large cucumber into ¼ inch rounds.
  3. Top each cucumber slice with a spoonful of crab salad and micro greens.
